Associate Director for Operations

Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home
Work Schedule: Flexible / Shifting Schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays based on business requirements
Location: Philippines – BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, and Clark, Pampanga

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director for Operations to lead operational functions, drive business performance, and manage cross-functional initiatives within a US Healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong senior leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage change, develop talent, and deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee operational teams and business functions.
Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and service delivery.
Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Lead and influence teams effectively, including without direct authority.
Develop and implement change management initiatives.
Drive succession planning and employee upskilling programs.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational and time-management standards.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure business objectives and operational requirements are met.
Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
Ensure effective communication across teams and leadership levels.

Qualifications

Graduate of any business-related course.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Prior US Healthcare experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
Strong ability to lead and influence others without direct authority.
Strong change management capabilities.
Experience in succession planning and upskilling team members.
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
