IT Business Analyst

• Support IT, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and define solutions.

• Work with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, business narratives, and project updates.

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical and operational solutions.

• Support process automation, data analytics, reporting, and change management initiatives.

• Explore AI/ML and agentic systems for healthcare operations, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT or Computer Science Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare, including CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.

• Experience in IT projects, digital transformation, or business process improvement.

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences effectively.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and on shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

• Familiarity with AI/ML productization and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, process automation, and change management.
