Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Locations: Taguig / Cebu / Davao
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary Package: ₱52,000–₱73,000
Schedule: Flexible / Shifting (including nights, weekends & holidays as needed)
Start Date: ASAP
Openings: 1

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in US Healthcare (payer, provider, BPO/CPO, or health tech).
  • Experience in IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and storytelling skills.

⭐ Plus Points: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, automation, AI/ML, or change management experience.
