Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Work Setup: Hybrid (Taguig / Cebu / Davao)

Work Schedule: Flexible to work on shifting schedules as required by the business, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays.

Salary Budget: PHP 52,000–73,000 package

Qualifications

Required:

Graduate or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

At least 2 years of experience in US Healthcare (CPO/BPO, payer, provider, or health tech).

Experience working on IT, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management activities.

Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients, executives, and technical audiences.

Preferred:

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Familiarity with productizing AI/ML and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

Experience in data analytics and reporting.

Exposure to change management.

Experience in process automation.
