Job Overview

We are looking for Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join an Advertising Search Engine account in Eastwood, Quezon City.

This is a Japanese-speaking voice customer service role supporting customers through a business/advertising-related program. Candidates with Japanese BPO, call center, customer service, or business-level Japanese communication experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through voice calls in Japanese and English
Provide accurate and professional customer service
Assist with advertising, search engine, account, and related concerns
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
Follow account procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Document customer interactions accurately

Qualifications

Japanese bilingual / Japanese-speaking candidate
6+ months of Japanese voice BPO, call center, or customer service experience preferred
Business-level Japanese communication skills
JLPT N1 or N2 preferred for local/non-native Japanese speakers
Candidates without Japanese voice experience may be considered if they have Japanese proficiency close to N1
B1 English proficiency / CEFR B1
High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or equivalent
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Japanese Native Speakers

Native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply. Prior BPO or call center experience may not be required, provided the candidate has strong English communication skills and meets the role's other requirements.

Both native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome.
Non-native candidates with 1+ year of Japanese voice experience may be considered even without JLPT certification.
Candidates with strong Japanese proficiency close to JLPT N1 may be considered even without previous Japanese voice BPO experience.
Former employees of the account/company may be subject to rehire restrictions.
