Job Title: SAP Japanese Bilingual Functional Consulting Manager

Level: Management Consultant

Work Setup: Onsite in Taguig

Work Shift: Dayshift. Final schedule depends on client and project

Areas of Work: SAP S/4HANA Functional Consulting

Salary: Confidential. Range shared for sourcing only. Final offer depends on client and project.

Qualifications

- 5 to 9 years total work experience

- Graduation in any subject

- JLPT N1 or N2 required

- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school preferred

- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English

- Proficiency in SAP any module as a Functional Consultant

- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or independently handle design workshops, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support

- Functional expertise in S/4HANA modules: FI, CO, PP, SD, MM, PM. FI with Vertex tax engine experience is a plus

- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis

- Support business assessment, roadmaps, and client advisory for S/4HANA transformation

- Assist with end-to-end RFPs and proposal generation

- Engage with clients in Japanese and English to bridge language and cultural gaps

- Perform FIT-GAP analysis and identify areas for process improvement

- Provide training and support to end users

- Document and track all client activities

- Support business development and solution design initiatives
