Job Overview : 

We are looking for a highly proficient Japanese or Mandarin speaker with strong experience in FMCG/CPG packaging artwork, graphics, or structural design. The role involves managing end-to-end packaging artwork projects, coordinating with creative teams and printing partners, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Manage packaging artwork projects from initial design development through final print production.

2. Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, R&D, Design, and Regulatory, as well as external agencies, printers, and suppliers.

3. Plan project milestones, track deliverables, and manage timelines using project management tools.

4. Identify production risks, artwork issues, and potential delays, and implement timely solutions.

5. Review packaging artwork files to ensure accuracy, print specifications, quality standards, and compliance with applicable packaging regulations.

Required Skills : 

1. Native or C2-level proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin.

2. Minimum 3 years of FMCG/CPG packaging artwork, graphics, or structural design experience.

3. Experience working directly with creative design teams and printing solutions.

4. Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and timeline management skills.

5. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills.

Qualifications : 

• Native or C2-level Japanese or Mandarin speaker.

• At least 3 years of relevant FMCG/CPG packaging artwork, graphics, or structural design experience.

• Proven experience coordinating artwork projects with design and printing teams.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willing to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity in Pasay City or McKinley Hill, Taguig, when required.

• Open to expatriate candidates and candidates willing to relocate to the Philippines.
