In this role, you will be responsible for co-managing the building of Orchestra Platform applications, manage aligned services, contribute to the platform and manage the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the end-to-end requirements of the client platform. Manage the platform.

• Help develop test strategies and UX standards

• Provide DevOps tooling

• Contribute and own resource planning,

• Responsible for managing the project cost

• Accountable for ensuring coding and testing by the team is high quality and adheres to set standards

• Accountable for Release Management and Production Support

• Accountable for the robustness and overall quallity of design

• Prepare estimates and delivery plan

• Responsible for defining the Service Architecture

• Ensure incidents are properly managed and resolved

• Work with the Scrum master and Macquarie technical lead to build the backlog and exit criteria.

• Build technical solutions and get the review done by the Macquarie tech lead.

• Review the effort estimates of the dev team with hands-on support.

• Provide technical support and coaching to the team.

• Identify the training requirements of the team. Establishing and implementing training processes.

• On a fortnightly basis, assess the performance of the individuals with Capability lead(invested by Genpact) and Macquarie Stakeholders

• Have a weekly connect with the Macquarie tech lead for the retrospective.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

· Java (1.8 or higher), Spring Boot framework (Core, AOP, Batch, JMS), Web Services (SOAP/REST), Oracle PL/SQL, Microservices

· Strong understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean code

· Strong experience of developing multi-threaded and synchronization application

· Organized, results focused, practical

· Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as part of a team with good understanding of OOPS

· Strong experience in Web Services (SOAP and REST)

· Angular 2.0 and above, JavaScript, HTML 5, CCS, JQuery and strong UX knowledge.

· Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

· Containerization technologies such as Docker. Kubernetes

· salary - PHP 160,000
