Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the HR/Payroll landscape in the outsourced and SaaS markets in the Philippines.

Possess a high-level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements and effectively communicate these to potential clients.

Stay abreast of statutory compliances, government reporting requirements, and standard scope of work within the payroll domain.

Analyze and understand the competition in the Philippines for HR/Payroll services, both outsourced and SaaS.

Conduct market research to map HR/Payroll demand versus supply in key business districts across the country.

Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to promote Allsec HR Payroll Services.

Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to management to support decision-making processes.

Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
