Location: Alabang

Work Schedule: 3 days/week onsite, morning/mid-shift

Experience: 3+ years

We are seeking a skilled L3 Application Support - DevOps professional to join our dynamic team. As the last level of application support, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, troubleshooting, and modifying code and data in production environments. This position requires expertise in programming techniques, experience in specific technology platforms, and the ability to meet service level agreement timelines.

Responsibilities:

Follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to support system applications for end customers.

Drive continuous service improvements to enhance service quality and prevent incidents or problems.

Lead projects by defining tasks, deliverables, and schedules for assigned resources.

Directly communicate with end customers for support requirements.

Provide the final level of Application Support.

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Other degrees welcome with extensive related experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in computer programming, application analysis, and troubleshooting.

Technical knowledge and experience in Deployment using Jenkins, SQL, Data Loading, and DML.

At least 1 year of experience in Level 2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem, and Change Management.

Preferred experience in business domain processes.

Skills:

Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of various programming languages based on project specifications.

Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated solutions.

Test and debug program codes.

Prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.

Work hours and conditions:

Provide solutions within defined timelines across regions, potentially requiring different shifts or extended working hours.

Some days may be heavy while others may be light. Longer hours may be required when needed.

May involve travel to other sites.

Must be willing to report onsite at the client’s office in Alabang 3 days a week.
