Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Team Lead to oversee a team responsible for generating qualified business leads for HR and Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B lead generation, telesales, and team leadership, with the ability to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
Location: Taguig City

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a Lead Generation team.
Monitor team performance and ensure lead generation targets are achieved.
Generate quality B2B leads through outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.
Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments with potential clients.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Conduct coaching sessions and provide regular feedback.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and lead management tools.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
Minimum 2 years of Lead Generation experience.
At least 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience managing 5 or more team members.
Experience in B2B Lead Generation or B2B Sales.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with CRM and Lead Generation tools.
Preferred
Experience in telesales or cold calling.
Experience in HR, Payroll, or SaaS solution selling.
Strong coaching and people management skills.
