Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Process Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency within a BPO/CPO environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects, analyzing business processes, and implementing data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Execute Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, training materials, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Reporting/MIS, and cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure improvements are sustained through control plans and standardized procedures.
• Facilitate workshops, team huddles, and process review sessions.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple improvement projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Support transformation initiatives and collaborate with Black Belts and Business Excellence teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
• Relevant BPO/CPO experience.
• Hands-on experience leading Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC, RCA, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work on a hybrid setup within Metro Manila and accommodate shifting schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with Black Belts, Business Excellence Managers, or transformation teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in business writing, process documentation, and training delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to sustain improvements through control plans and standardized documentation.

Required Certification

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
