WE'RE HIRING: LEAD PROCESS EXCELLENCE
Location: Manila / Metro Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary Package: ₱52,000–₱73,000
Schedule: Flexible / Shifting (including nights, weekends & holidays as needed)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or continuous improvement.
- BPO/CPO industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, process documentation, and SOP development.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
⭐ Plus Points: Lean, Kaizen, Power BI, Tableau, training development, and experience sustaining process improvements.
