Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Work Location: Edsa Greenfield (Hybrid / Graveyard Shift)

Salary Range: PHP 120,000

Start Date: ASAP

Headcount: 1

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role

Strong expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management (Advanced level)

Proven People Management experience (leading and developing teams)

Skilled in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools:
- Articulate Rise
- Articulate Storyline
- Articulate 360 AI
- Captivate

Proficient in Vyond or equivalent video animation tools (Advanced)

Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Intermediate)

Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, etc.) – Intermediate to Advanced

Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse learners

Ability to analyze training needs, measure program effectiveness, and align L&D initiatives with business goals
