Job Title: Learning & Development Manager
Work Location: Edsa Greenfield (Hybrid / Graveyard Shift)
Salary Range: PHP 120,000
Start Date: ASAP
Headcount: 1
Note: Former employees of Teleperformance are not eligible for rehire (directly or via third-party).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role
- Strong expertise in Project Management and Stakeholder Management (Advanced level)
- Proven People Management experience (leading and developing teams)
- Skilled in Content Storyboarding and designing engaging learning experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools:
- Articulate Rise
- Articulate Storyline
- Articulate 360 AI
- Captivate
- Proficient in Vyond or equivalent video animation tools (Advanced)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Intermediate)
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content design (e.g., Canva, ElevenLabs, Stable Diffusion, Tome, Simplified, etc.) – Intermediate to Advanced
- Advanced proficiency in Synthesia and other AI-powered video design tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to engage diverse learners
- Ability to analyze training needs, measure program effectiveness, and align L&D initiatives with business goals
