*About The Role:*

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Life Insurance / Healthcare account. Open to SHS Grads, Nursing Grads, and Medical Allied backgrounds with competitive packages and career growth.

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to PHP 23K:*

- Senior High School Graduate or Completed 2 Years in College / 72 Units

- At least 1 Year BPO Voice Experience Required

*B. Nursing - Up to PHP 34K:*

- BS Nursing - At least 3rd Year Undergrad or Graduate

- With or Without BPO Experience - Fresh Graduates Welcome

*C. Medical Allied:*

- Any Medical Allied Course - At least 3rd Year Undergrad or Graduate

- At least 6 Months BPO Voice Experience Required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills

- Willing to Work Onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to Shifting Schedule

- Available to Start ASAP
