Location: Makati City - Onsite (WFO)

Account: Telco Account

Salary: Up to PHP 27,000 Salary Package

Setup: Onsite - Shifting Schedule - Full-Time

Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring for Telco Account. Minimum 3 months BPO experience required.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information

Resolve telco service issues and concerns efficiently

Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service

Meet performance targets, KPIs, and quality metrics

Document customer interactions accurately

Qualifications:

High school graduate (old curriculum) / senior high school graduate accepted

At least 3 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice accepted

Good to excellent English communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Makati City

Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Can start ASAP
