Role Overview

This role manages end-to-end artwork, graphics, and packaging lifecycles for consumer products. You will oversee and direct various packaging art projects from design inception through final print production, acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee and direct various packaging art projects from design inception through final print production


Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Design, Regulatory) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers)


Map out project milestones, cross-functional duties, and track live deliverables using project management tools


Identify potential production bottlenecks, hazards, or timeline delays and establish swift mitigation strategies


Review artwork files to guarantee precise specifications and complete compliance with packaging industry regulations


Qualifications

C2+ or Native Japanese or Native Mandarin speaker – required


Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) packaging graphics, artwork, or structural design – required


Proven experience working directly with creative design and printing solutions – required


Amenable to working in a hybrid/on-site capacity in Pasay or McKinley Hill (Taguig) – required


Open to expats and candidates who are willing to relocate – required
