* QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Fluent in *MANDARIN* (Speak fluently & spontaneously)

- With or WITHOUT BPO Experience - OPEN TO ALL!

- With working knowledge in English (Training & systems in English)

- Previous Collections / Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is a PLUS but NOT required

- Must be eligible to work in PH with valid working VISA

- Open to Filipino & Foreign Nationals with Temporary Resident Visa

- Can start ASAP

* JOB ROLE:*

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via Phone, Chat, Email

- Provide support in Mandarin & English

- Assist with accounts, billing, service requests, product info

- Deliver excellent customer experience

- Document interactions & meet quality/productivity targets
