*Who Can Apply:*

- With or without BPO experience - Fresh grads welcome!

- Fluent in Mandarin: Can use language effectively in a professional setting and understand complex conversations

- Working knowledge of English (training and systems are in English)

- Open to Filipino and Non-Filipino nationals with valid working Visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted)

- Collections and Order-to-Cash experience is a plus but not required

- Eligible to work in PH and can start ASAP

*Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound interactions professionally in English and Mandarin

- Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing, and product information

- Resolve customer concerns and deliver excellent customer experience

- Accurately document customer interactions

- Meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals
