Requirements & Qualifications:

- Hold a CPA certification

- Possess leadership experience within an accounting or auditing firm, with a strong background in due diligence and mergers & acquisitions.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the IT-BPS industry, including audit experience with BPS entities or prior work experience in an IT-BPS company.

- Showcase exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

Your Vital Role:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the optimization of BPS profitability on a global scale.

- Collaborate with diverse entities to strategize and execute profitability initiatives, plans, and achievements.

- Undertake various Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities as per management's requirements, providing regular financial reports and recommendations to support the business.

- Serve as a financial consultant to different business segments and teams, and act as a Project Manager for various Finance Projects.

- Lead the organization's global Mergers & Acquisitions projects.

- Conduct meticulous due diligence audits for various M&A endeavors and internal reviews/projects.

- Guide the seamless transition and integration of newly acquired entities within the company, as needed.

- Handle ad-hoc assignments to support the team based on evolving requirements.
