About the Role

We're looking for an experienced HR Service Delivery Associate Manager with strong expertise in end-to-end Payroll Operations, SAP Payroll, and HR Shared Services. This is an excellent opportunity for payroll professionals with leadership experience who are passionate about delivering accurate payroll services, driving process improvements, and leading high-performing teams in a global shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for in-house and outsourced payroll operations.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, including Gross-to-Net calculations, payroll validation, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and statutory compliance.
Manage payroll reporting, audit activities, general ledger (GL) feeds, post-payroll activities, and government/vendor submissions.
Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll-related issues and stakeholder concerns.
Lead, coach, and develop payroll team members while driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance payroll processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Monitor payroll accuracy, compliance, KPIs, and service levels while supporting business objectives.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational excellence across payroll functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7–8+ years of experience in end-to-end Payroll Processing, preferably within an HR Shared Services or BPO environment.
At least 5 years of experience leading Payroll teams in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll (required).
Solid understanding of payroll compliance, payroll reporting, audits, statutory deductions, and payroll controls.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig on a day shift schedule.
