Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Modern POS (MPOS), Retail SDK, Commerce Runtime, and Retail Server?

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft MPOS Developer to join a dynamic Microsoft Dynamics Retail practice supporting enterprise-level retail operations.

You will design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 Retail Modern POS solutions, working closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable retail technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail Modern POS (MPOS) applications.

- Develop and maintain Retail SDK extensions for MPOS, Commerce Runtime (CRT), Retail Server, and Hardware Station.

- Customize POS workflows, operations, receipts, and transaction processing.

- Integrate MPOS with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and third-party applications.

- Support payment processing, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer management functionalities.

- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management.

- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders.

- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail / Dynamics 365 Retail development.

- Proven experience developing and supporting Microsoft Modern POS (MPOS) solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Retail SDK

- MPOS Extensions

- Commerce Runtime (CRT)

- Retail Server

- Hardware Station

- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.

- Experience integrating MPOS with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and third-party systems.

- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and release management.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Willingness to work on-site 1–2 days per week in McKinley, Taguig.

- Willingness to work a Canada-aligned night shift.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Retail and Dynamics 365 Retail.

- Experience with Retail Channel Database and Retail Headquarters.

- Knowledge of payment connectors, fiscal devices, and retail hardware integration.

- Experience supporting global retail implementations.

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.
