SALARY: PHP 100,000 – 108,000 Monthly
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
AVAILABILITY: ASAP

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Monitoring, Observability and Event Management Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade monitoring and observability solutions. This is a senior technical role for someone who can architect scalable monitoring frameworks across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms, working closely with cross-functional design teams to build cost-effective, standards-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management solutions
Collaborate with design leads across domains including Event Management, Function Apps, Azure Monitor, App Dynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and related tools
Develop and maintain observability and monitoring standards aligned with enterprise architecture
Design monitoring frameworks for applications across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments
Engage with business units to gather requirements and deliver cost-effective monitoring solutions
Perform day-to-day design activities and plan software/automation upgrades
Drive innovation through proof-of-concept initiatives and automation strategies

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT monitoring or related technical roles
3+ years in an IT architecture role with deep understanding of monitoring and application performance management

Core Technical Skills

Extensive experience integrating alerts into ServiceNow ITOM, including SNOW ITOM AIOps implementation
Strong knowledge of Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, APM, Ansible, and PowerShell automation
Experience with Azure services and proactive monitoring using telemetry and synthetic transactions
Programming/scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, C#, JavaScript, and SQL
Understanding of network architecture and security fundamentals (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI)
Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and compliance processes
AIOps awareness and vision
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues
Strong communication and teamwork skills
