Are you an expert in enterprise observability, ServiceNow ITOM, and Azure telemetry? We are looking for a Monitoring, Observability, and Event Management Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of our enterprise-wide monitoring and AIOps strategy.

In this role, you will bridge infrastructure, DevOps, and ITSM building scalable, proactive observability standards across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments. If you thrive on automation, predictive monitoring, and driving innovation through modern AIOps solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of scalable enterprise monitoring, observability, and event management architecture.
Drive deep integration of alert management into ServiceNow ITOM, leveraging AIOps to enable predictive, proactive incident management.
Partner with MEMD design leads across Azure Monitor, AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and custom Function Apps.
Establish and sustain global observability standards, baseline metrics, and governance frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture.
Architect proactive monitoring services covering SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms.
Collaborate directly with business units to capture requirements and deliver high-impact, cost-effective monitoring solutions.
Champion continuous improvement by executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), driving automation strategies (Ansible/PowerShell), and managing software upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years of technical experience in enterprise IT monitoring, observability, and event management.
3+ years in a dedicated IT Architecture role with deep expertise in Application Performance Management (APM) and full-stack observability.
Strong, hands-on experience with alert integration into ServiceNow ITOM and implementation of ServiceNow AIOps workflows.
Proven mastery of Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Azure Monitor, Telemetry, and synthetic transaction monitoring.
Hands-on proficiency with Ansible, PowerShell, and Python. (Experience with C#, JavaScript, or SQL is a strong plus).
Familiarity with modern observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Riverbed, and Nobl9.
Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and network architecture/security (WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI).
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Key Technical Skills
SRE Practices, Enterprise Observability, Event Management, AIOps, ITSM/ITIL.
Azure Fundamentals, Azure Monitor, Azure Data Lake, Azure Fabric, ServiceNow ITOM.
PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, C# / .NET, Ansible, API Integration (REST/SOAP).
AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, ThousandEyes, Riverbed, Nobl9.
