Non-Negotiable Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft or other Middleware/API Management platforms.
Industry Background: Work experience with an end-client organization, consulting firm, or IT services company.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in one or more of the following: REST APIs, Java, AngularJS, Git, Jenkins, ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, etc.), Azure DevOps, or ELK Stack.
Certifications: MuleSoft or related integration technology certifications are highly preferred.
Stability: Proven job stability (no pattern of frequent job-hopping).
Exclusions: Must not be a current or former employee of CGI.

Position Description

As a MuleSoft Developer, you will implement, develop, and maintain enterprise middleware and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development: Build integration solutions using Agile methodologies and technologies, including Python, Node.js, Java, JSON, REST, YAML, OpenAPI, RAML, GraphQL, and DataWeave.
API & Middleware Management: Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations connecting enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party systems.
Multi-Platform Expertise: Provide technical expertise across iPaaS and API Management platforms, including MuleSoft, Google Apigee, WSO2, Software AG, AWS, and Microsoft technologies.
Solution Architecture & Planning: Analyze business/technical requirements, prepare technical specifications, design documents, and participate in project estimation and delivery.
Testing & Optimization: Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing; resolve defects; and continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware performance.
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing production support, incident resolution, operational documentation, and user support materials.
Governance & Leadership: Collaborate with architects and technical leads to contribute to API governance, integration architecture discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
