Multilingual Customer Support Representative – Cantonese

Work Location: Onsite – Quezon City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Salary: PHP 52,212.67 – PHP 87,146/month (Negotiable based on experience and language proficiency)
Sign-On Bonus: PHP 20,000 + Performance Incentives
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in Cantonese and English via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and tools.
Achieve quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
Build customer trust and loyalty through effective problem-solving and excellent service.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational requirements.

Qualifications

Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally.
Strong listening and comprehension skills, including understanding complex conversations and implied meanings.
Working knowledge of English is required, as training, documentation, and internal systems are in English.
Open to candidates with or without BPO or customer service experience.
Previous experience in Collections is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.
Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines with a valid work visa.
