JOB TITLE: MULTILINGUAL LANGUAGE SPECIALIST - THAI [WORK FROM HOME]*

*Work Setup:* 100% Work From Home

*Work Schedule:* Shifting / Night Shift

*Location:* Philippines - WFH Nationwide

*Salary:* PHP 34,746 - PHP 110,027.33

*Bonus:* PHP 20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives

*Start Date:* August 10, 2026

*ABOUT THE ROLE*

We are looking for Multilingual Language Specialists - Thai to join our team. This is a work from home role where you will provide customer support to Thai-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

- Fluent in Thai and able to speak fluently and spontaneously

- Working knowledge of English. Training and client systems are in English

- Able to understand complex and extended conversations including implied meanings

- Able to use Thai effectively in a professional environment

- Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required

- Understanding of the Order-to-Cash process is highly preferred but not required

- Must have stable internet connection, quiet work area, and own equipment as per company requirements

- Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa

- Accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants residing in the Philippines

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels

- Provide customer support in English and Thai Language

- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience

- Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds

- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools

- Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals

- Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving

- Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs
