Description
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer support in Polish and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with technical issues and inquiries related to our products and services.
- Document and track user requests in a ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to enhance team efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications)
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a customer service or IT support role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Polish and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented approach to customer service
- Working Conditions: Onsite work in Taguig with a shift schedule
