*About the Role:*

Join Concentrix Taguig for a non-voice account. This is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who are more comfortable with chat and email than voice calls.

*Job Description:*

You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through chat and email. You will deliver quality customer engagement and ensure concerns are resolved with high satisfaction.

*Key Duties:*

- Handle chat and email inquiries

- Provide professional customer engagement

- Resolve issues accurately

- Meet quality and satisfaction targets

- Properly document all interactions

*Requirements:*

- High School Graduate Old Curriculum or SHS Graduate

- Minimum 1 year BPO experience

- Strong written English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig

- Open to shifting schedule

- Available to start immediately
