Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare benefits, eligibility, and pre-authorizations • Assist members of international healthcare accounts with professionalism and accuracy • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Qualifications • College Graduate or Associate Graduate (any course) • BS Nursing graduates are not eligible • At least 2 years of call center experience supporting international healthcare accounts, including pre-authorization, benefits, and eligibility claims
