Position: Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with beauty and skincare product inquiries.
* Handle orders, delivery tracking, returns, and refunds.
* Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
* At least High School Graduate.
* Good English communication skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
Location: Manila (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 28,000/month
