We are seeking a Cash Application Analyst with experience in B2B Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to support accurate and timely cash application, account reconciliation, and payment exception resolution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cash application, payment research, bank reconciliations, and ERP systems in a shared services, SaaS, technology, or B2B environment.
Responsibilities
Process and apply customer payments received via ACH, Wire, Lockbox, and other payment channels.
Investigate unapplied or unidentified cash and perform payment research.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and exceptions.
Collaborate with Collections, Billing, Disputes, and customers to resolve payment-related issues.
Support month-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards.
Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms for cash application and AR processes.
Work Schedule
Shift: Night Shift
Work Set-up: Full Onsite – Aura, Taguig
Start Date: ASAP
