We are seeking a CRM Senior Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 to design, develop, and enhance enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization, CRM integrations, Power Platform, Azure technologies, and Agile development, with the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 platform.
Gather and analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and recommend CRM solutions.
Deliver software enhancements, defect fixes, integrations, and minor projects within Dynamics 365.
Develop and maintain CRM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Azure technologies.
Build and enhance solutions using Power Platform, including Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
Develop using C#, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, and object-oriented programming principles.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and development teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Lead developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize CRM platform performance.
Work Schedule
Shift: Night Shift / Graveyard
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite, Remaining Days WFH) – Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City

Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 development and customization.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps) is required.
Experience with Azure tools and technologies and Dynamics CRM integrations.
Experience with SSRS, CRM Reports, and Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
