We are seeking an experienced Director Consulting Delivery to lead service delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence for Canadian Wealth Management accounts. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in BPO, consulting delivery, or financial services operations, with deep expertise in Canadian Wealth Management, investment operations, portfolio administration, and North American client management.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end service delivery for Canadian Wealth Management accounts, ensuring operational excellence and SLA achievement.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and contributing to account development initiatives.
Oversee operational performance, resource planning, financial forecasting, and continuous improvement programs.
Manage the portfolio's Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
Lead transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Mentor and develop managers while driving talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with global teams and Communities of Practice to share best practices and strengthen delivery capabilities.
Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, organizational governance, risk management, and data privacy standards.

Work Set-up: Full Onsite – Taguig
Start Date: ASAP
Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (postgraduate degree or certifications in Business, Finance, or Management are an advantage).
Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in BPO, consulting delivery, or operations management.
Extensive experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management, including investment operations, portfolio administration, client servicing, and regulatory reporting.
Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, wealth management platforms, and industry practices.
Proven experience managing North American clients in a multi-geography delivery environment.
Strong expertise in P&L management, client relationship management, and business transformation.
