### **About the Role**
We are looking for a highly technical **Quality Assurance Analyst** to audit and evaluate support interactions across our Digital Advertising and Technical Integration queues. In this role, you will use your knowledge of SQL, APIs, and conversion tracking to ensure our support specialists are delivering accurate, high-quality technical resolutions.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Interaction Auditing & Calibration:** Conduct systematic QA evaluations of tickets, live chats, and emails. Audit high-complexity cases involving technical integrations, API failures, and ad policy escalations.
* **SQL-Based Data Quality QA:** Write and execute advanced SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions) to validate data pipelines, identify conversion anomalies, and build quality dashboards.
* **API & Integration Validation:** Audit API request/response payloads in JSON and XML formats. Verify webhook configurations, server-side tracking setups, and error code handling.
* **Conversion Tracking & Attribution QA:** Validate end-to-end pixel configurations, hybrid event architectures, deduplication logic, and multi-touch attribution model outputs.
* **Coaching & Reporting:** Deliver structured, data-driven feedback to agents. Produce weekly and monthly QA performance reports and collaborate with Training teams to resolve systemic defect patterns.
### **Qualifications**
* **Experience:** 2–4 years of professional experience in backend product support, ad tech engineering support, technical integrations, or technical QA within a BPO/SaaS environment.
* **SQL Mastery:** Strong to expert-level SQL skills for data validation, event-level verification, and defect reporting.
* **Technical Deep Dive:** Hands-on proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML payload debugging, and testing tools like Postman or Charles Proxy.
* **Ad Tech Domain:** Deep understanding of Ads Manager platforms (Meta, Google, or TikTok), Conversions API (CAPI), and attribution models (last-click, data-driven, etc.).
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical work experience.
