Position: Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with account access and gaming platform inquiries.
* Provide basic technical troubleshooting.
* Handle billing, subscriptions, and in-game purchase concerns.
* Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service.
Qualifications:
* At least High School Graduate.
* Good English communication skills.
* Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
* Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
Location: Manila (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 28,000/month
