Role Overview • Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, benefits, and account concerns • Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality standards

Qualifications • College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience • Senior High School Graduate or College Undergraduate with at least 1 year of BPO experience • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills • Good analytical and interpersonal skills • Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing • Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits

For candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience: ₱14,000 Basic Salary

₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance

₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)

For candidates with at least 1 year of BPO experience: ₱17,000 Basic Salary

₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance

₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)

Additional Benefits 20% Night Differential HMO Coverage starting on Day 1 ‍‍ HMO Coverage for one (1) dependent upon regularization Career growth and development opportunities
