Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, and account concerns • Provide accurate information while delivering exceptional customer support • Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications • College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience • Completed at least 2 years in college (72 units) with 12 months of any work experience • Strong customer service orientation • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing • Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
