Role Overview • Manage collections for UK financial accounts • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies • Maintain accurate account records and meet performance targets

Qualifications • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, Completed 2nd Year College, or College Graduate • For US & AU Support: At least 1 year of collections experience in the banking or financial services industry • For UK Support: At least 1 year of collections experience from any industry • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
