NOW HIRING: SQL TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:
High School / Senior High School / College Graduate
Minimum 1 year overall work experience
At least 1 year SQL experience required
IT-related educational background or technical support experience is an advantage
Good communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule
Role Responsibilities:
Handle SQL and technical support concerns
Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate support
Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Maintain excellent customer service and process targets
