Role Overview • Assist customers with account retention, plan upgrades, and service concerns • Resolve customer issues professionally while promoting customer loyalty • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets
Qualifications • At least 18 years old • At least K–12 Graduate • Good communication skills • Willing to work onsite
