We are seeking an experienced USRN Trainer to deliver and manage clinical training programs for U.S. Healthcare accounts. This role is responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and developing nursing professionals while ensuring compliance with U.S. healthcare standards, HIPAA, and client-specific requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, BPO training experience, and expertise in Utilization Management (UM), Case Management (CM), Clinical Appeals, Triage, or Claims Review.
Responsibilities
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for USRN clinical programs, including UM, CM, Triage, Appeals, and Claims Review.
Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions using adult learning principles.
Develop and update training materials, assessments, case simulations, and clinical reference guides.
Ensure training content aligns with client requirements, HIPAA, U.S. healthcare regulations, and internal policies.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, coaching, certification, and transition-to-production support.
Maintain accurate training documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness.
Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher, upskilling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in audits, calibration sessions, client meetings, and policy updates to maintain training quality.

If you have an active U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) license, experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account, and expertise in Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Appeals, Triage, or Claims Review, we'd love to hear from you.
