JOB DETAILS

Base Salary: ₱100,000–₱200,000
Work Setup: 100% Work From Home
Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Experience Required: 6 years
Certification: PT103 certification required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure and support Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance, work schedules, quota banks, and pay code validations.
Validate time results and review configurations using WFS tools, including the Policy Editor.
Support WFS TOR and integrations with SAP EC, ECP, ECC, and other work arrangement modules.
Generate reports and assist business teams with testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Ensure system configurations and results align with business requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Strong expertise in Workforce Software Time & Attendance.

• PT103 certification is mandatory.

• Experience with Workforce Software integration.

• Knowledge of SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll is an advantage.
