Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Order-to-Cash (O2C) Trainer to support training and development for a BFSI account. The ideal candidate must have hands-on O2C process experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to deliver effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  Explain O2C workflows, procedures, policies, and operational requirements.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Develop training materials, presentations, process guides, and job aids.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Conduct knowledge assessments, practical exercises, and training evaluations.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and stakeholders to identify training needs.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Update training materials to reflect process changes and operational standards.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Communicate effectively with internal and global stakeholders.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Support O2C operations and ensure employees meet performance expectations.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  At least 1 year of relevant BPO experience.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Mandatory:
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience in BPO, shared services, GCCs, or captive operations is preferred.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience developing or delivering O2C training programs is an advantage.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  BFSI or financial services experience is preferred.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Experience supporting international teams or global clients is an advantage.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, on a night shift, including possible weekends.
