*Key Responsibilities:*

- Support customers of an online food delivery platform via blended channels

- Resolve inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and account concerns

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet performance and quality targets

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

- CEFR Level B2 proficiency

- Must pass Harver Assessment (B2 Spoken, B2 Written, 60% Logic, 74% Personality Print)

- Excellent communication skills

- Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Molino, Cavite
