Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Participate in the support rotation for the assigned client.
• Participate in requirements gathering with clients, analyze and review business functional and technical requirements.
• Perform hands-on technical implementation with a focus on configuration or customization.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities.
• Be able to train other team members.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3-5 years of experience in OpenText Exstream Dialogue in Page design and is knowledgeable with the following:
• Writing formula variables and functions, Search keys, sorting, bundling
• Electronic Document Composition technologies - Working knowledge of PDF and Postscript print streams.
• Working knowledge on SMTP, File Management, and archiving
• Working knowledge in XML
• Should be good with packaging and debugging of OpenText Exstream Application.
• Should be able to handle development, migration, enhancement, and production support.
• Good grasp on SQL Queries and database management
• Experience with Production support environment, responding to change requests, incidents and task requests is a plus.
