Position: Customer Service Executive - Collections
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in the Collections department. As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the collections process.
Responsibilities:

Account Management: As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for managing collections accounts, ensuring timely payments, and addressing customer inquiries related to their accounts. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive customer relationships while meeting collection targets.

Salary and Schedule: The position offers a competitive basic salary ranging from 18,500 to 22,000, reflecting our commitment to recognising and rewarding talent. The work schedule is shifting, providing flexibility to accommodate various time zones and ensuring a well-balanced work-life arrangement.

Work Setup: The role involves an onsite setup, requiring your physical presence at our Recruitment Hub located at G/F Tera Tower, Bridgetowne Libis, Quezon City. Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to provide a conducive working environment.

Educational Background: To qualify for this position, candidates must have completed at least 2 years of college education, demonstrating a commitment to academic excellence.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a Collections account is essential. This experience equips you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in managing collections and addressing customer queries effectively.

Recruitment Hub: Our recruitment hub is strategically located at G/F Tera Tower, Bridgetowne Libis, Quezon City. It serves as the central point for the application and recruitment process, providing a convenient and professional venue for potential candidates.
