Work Schedule: 2 days/week onsite, mid-day shift
Location: Taguig
Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 120,000
We are in search of a skilled Opentext Exstream Developer and Technical Support professional to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and client support capabilities in the realm of OpenText Exstream Dialogue.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the support rotation for the assigned client, offering technical assistance and troubleshooting.
- Engage in comprehensive requirements gathering, analyzing both business functional and technical needs.
- Hands-on technical implementation, emphasizing configuration and customization.
- Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Mentor and train other team members.
Required Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in OpenText Exstream Dialogue, with proficiency in the following areas:
- Writing formula variables and functions, Search keys, sorting, bundling
- Electronic Document Composition technologies - Proficiency in PDF and Postscript print streams.
- Familiarity with SMTP, File Management, and archiving
- Proficiency in XML
- Packaging and debugging of OpenText Exstream Application
- Competence in development, migration, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong understanding of SQL Queries and database management
- Experience in a Production support environment, managing change requests, incidents, and task requests is advantageous.
