Work Schedule: 2 days/week onsite, mid-day shift

Location: Taguig

Salary Range: PHP 90,000 - 120,000

We are in search of a skilled Opentext Exstream Developer and Technical Support professional to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and client support capabilities in the realm of OpenText Exstream Dialogue.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the support rotation for the assigned client, offering technical assistance and troubleshooting.

Engage in comprehensive requirements gathering, analyzing both business functional and technical needs.

Hands-on technical implementation, emphasizing configuration and customization.

Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Mentor and train other team members.

Required Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of experience in OpenText Exstream Dialogue, with proficiency in the following areas:

Writing formula variables and functions, Search keys, sorting, bundling

Electronic Document Composition technologies - Proficiency in PDF and Postscript print streams.

Familiarity with SMTP, File Management, and archiving

Proficiency in XML

Packaging and debugging of OpenText Exstream Application

Competence in development, migration, enhancement, and production support.

Strong understanding of SQL Queries and database management

Experience in a Production support environment, managing change requests, incidents, and task requests is advantageous.
