Operational Technology (OT) Specialist / Team Lead
Location: Manila – Hybrid in Cubao
Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Shift: Shifting

Job Summary
We are looking for skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security to support and deliver security managed services across client environments.
The role focuses on ensuring that operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support key security decisions, provide solutions to complex security challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within security operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Operational Technology Security and lead team execution to achieve security objectives.
Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational security planning.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives.
Provide effective solutions to security challenges across teams and operational environments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with operational goals.
Mentor and guide team members to improve their technical capabilities and performance.
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements, security policies, and industry standards.
Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across OT environments.
Contribute to security monitoring and incident response activities related to OT/ICS environments.
Professional & Technical Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.
Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.
Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments.
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks within OT infrastructure.
Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes specific to OT environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex security issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Leadership or team-handling experience is preferred.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule and hybrid work setup in Cubao.
Eligibility
Applicants must currently be based in the Philippines.
Applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in the Philippines.
Candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and follow the required hybrid work arrangement.
