JOB TITLE: OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) SPECIALIST / TEAM LEAD

Work Setup: Hybrid – Cubao, Philippines

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for experienced Operational Technology (OT) Security professionals to support and deliver security managed services across client environments.

The role will focus on keeping operational environments secure, compliant, and resilient, while working with cross-functional teams and contributing to security operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead team execution to achieve security objectives
Manage team decisions and contribute to strategic and operational planning
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on key security initiatives
Provide solutions to security challenges across different teams and environments
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies and operational goals
Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and capabilities
Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

3–5 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security
Strong understanding of OT security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments
Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in OT infrastructure
Familiarity with OT-specific security monitoring tools and incident response processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership and team mentoring experience
